What types of crochet items do you sell?
We offer a variety of handmade crochet products, including accessories (like hats, scarves, and bags), Crochet clothes, plushes and custom items upon request.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We do open up our custom orders page and there will be a google form for you to fill out. 

How long does it take to complete a custom order? 
Processing time depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most custom items are completed within 1–3 weeks. It will never take less than a week.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use high-quality acrylic, cotton, or wool yarns.If you have allergies or specific preferences, let us know and we'll accommodate when possible.

 How do I care for my crochet items? 
Washing in cold water and Drying it on cold setting is recommended for most crochet items to maintain shape and texture. When washing use a Mild Detergent and wash it inside out.

 How does the charity work?
Every month 15% of the earning earned will be donated to the charity of the month.
