Based in Los Angeles, CA, International Humanitarian Relief (IHR) provides emergency food and nutrition aid to communities in crisis — with a focus on Gaza. Their mission is to support lives, one meal at a time, by delivering hot meals, food baskets, and critical supplies to families facing hunger and hardship. IHR believes in restoring dignity through direct action and compassion.
